Lovely Eyebrow Threading provides beauty services including (but not limited to):

  • Eyebrow threading
  • Eyelash extensions
  • Henna tattoos
  • Facial therapy

Services are provided by appointment or walk-in, subject to availability.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
  • Cancellations: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
  • No Shows: Failure to show up for a booked appointment may incur a fee or refusal of future bookings.

3. Payments and Pricing

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and select digital payments.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Refunds: Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

4. Health and Safety

  • Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to receiving services.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of contagious illness or improper behavior.

5. Client Conduct

To ensure a welcoming environment, clients must:

  • Treat staff and other clients with respect
  • Arrive clean and on time
  • Follow all salon guidelines and policies

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media, including images, logos, and branding, is the property of Lovely Eyebrow Threading and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lovely Eyebrow Threading is not liable for:

  • Reactions due to undisclosed allergies or sensitivities
  • Personal property loss or damage on the premises
  • Service dissatisfaction if proper care or consultation was declined

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Harris County, Texas.
